Advocate for Our Members
Advocacy is a key role for the Association, achieved by facilitating effective dialogue with its members, industry and stakeholders through open and regular engagement. By proactively managing emerging issues now and in the future, the Association can better to understand and prepare for challenges and opportunities that are ahead, including issues pertaining to the:
Environment: Biosecurity, Resource Management Act, water issues
Economy: Labour supply, RSE scheme
Local Government: Urban sprawl, The Right to Farm
