After last year’s Covid enforced cancellation, the successful Pick the Bay job expo is back.
The Association is leading this year’s event with support from HDC, NCC, NZAPI, HB Winegrowers, Summerfruit NZ, NZKGI, EIT, MPI, MSD and MBie. Promotion of the event is being managed by HDC’s marketing team who are presiding over a program of radio, print and digital activity that will ramp up ahead of the day.
This year’s event will be held at the Exhibition Centre, Tomoana Showgrounds on November 3rd from 1pm -6pm.
We’ve worked hard to ensure there are options for employers of all shapes and sizes including a $100 “turn-key” solution for growers with less than 5 FTE staff.
If you are looking for seasonal labour, we encourage you to jump on board by emailing HBFA to confirm your attendance. Please note, we will be allocating spaces on a strictly first-in-first-served basis.
The cutoff date to confirm attendance is midday Friday October 14th.
